New Spring Menu at The Ivy Bath

We recently had the pleasure of dining at The Ivy Bath, sampling their new Spring à la carte menu - and what a delight it was from start to finish. The evening began with a round of perfectly spiced Bloody Marys, setting the tone for a relaxed and indulgent meal.


For starters, the scallops were beautifully cooked - tender, sweet, and paired with fresh, seasonal accompaniments. The cheese soufflé was equally impressive: light, fluffy, and rich with flavour, a true classic done exceptionally well.


Our mains were excellent. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection - succulent and full of flavour - with a generous side of thick cut chips and a velvety peppercorn sauce that brought it all together. The steak tartare was another standout, expertly seasoned and paired again with those wonderfully crispy chips for a satisfying crunch.


Desserts were an indulgent finale. The signature melting chocolate bombe was as theatrical as it was delicious - watching the hot sauce melt away the shell never gets old -

and the crème brûlée had the perfect crack of caramelized sugar over a luxuriously smooth custard.


Special mention must go to Arthur, our waiter for the evening, who was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout. His service truly elevated the experience.


The Ivy Bath continues to impress, and this new menu is a fresh, elegant celebration of Spring. Highly recommended.
